For students enrolling in our Spring 2015 semester, we will hold a mandatory Orientation Meeting at the Doheny campus on Saturday, January 24, 2015, from 8AM to 12 Noon. Our offices will be open from 1030AM to 1PM for students to select courses, pay tuition, meet with financial aid staff, and purchase texts at the campus bookstore.
During subsequent semesters, registration is completed on the first weekend of face-to-face classroom instruction at the Doheny campus.
Change of Plans? Our Refund Policy in Detail
Sometimes, life has a way of throwing us curves that necessitate a change in plans — even if those plans include Weekend/Evening College at Mount Saint Mary’s University.
If you must withdraw from Weekend/Evening College, by filing for a Leave of Absence, you will be eligible for refunds of the following amounts:
A student who withdraws from a 1-unit course at least two weeks prior to the date of the course will receive a 100% refund. No refund shall be given for a withdrawal that occurs less than two weeks prior to the date of the course.
Last day to drop a class without receive a W: June 2
Last day to withdraw from a class with a W: July 14
